AN-812STS/AN-812STD Series RAID System New 12Gb SAS To 12Gb SAS/6Gb SATA AN-8 series is a high performance enterprise class storage solution. This new generation storage solution is built upon on high performance 1.2Ghz RAID-on-Chip storage processor with x8 PCI Express® 3.0, up to DDR3-1866 memory, and 12 ports of 12Gb/s SAS/6Gb SATA 2.5” and 3.5” HDD. It incorporates 12Gb/s SAS host interface connections providing a dramatically performance enhancement and increasing the speed up to 20% more than AN-7 Series.

When AN-8 series expander port is used with SAS 12Gb/s expander, it can provide up to 256 devices through one or more 12Gb/s SAS JBODs.

AN-812STS/AN-812STD Dual Active-Active Redundant RAID subsystems offer the full redundancy that is expected of an enterprise solution. Dual Active-Active controller modules with cache mirroring over a PCIe 3.0 link, allows redundant data paths to ensure data availability, while redundancy power supplies, cooling fans are in place to minimize downtime and any disruption to business continuity.
